This simple game reinforces doubles as a set of addition basic facts. This game contains 2 different sets of cards to reinforce the same concept. The first set of cards list the word double e.g. Double 4. The second set of cards shows the double as an addition e.g. 4+4. Students identify the total of the double from memory or by working it out and place their counter on a space with the total that matches the double fact on the game-board. Students work in pairs to try to be the first to get three of their counters in a row on the game-board.
