Product Description
This is a simple game that can be used to reinforce knowledge of Near Double addition basic facts. Students choose a card with a ten frame that shows a near double fact e.g. 4 dots on one side and 5 on the other (making 9 in total). Students match this image with the matching addition representation for the fact in the ten frame e.g. 4+5 on the game-board.There is no need to work out answers to the facts. This game just connects the near double image with the addition basic fact format. Students place one of their counters on the game-board space that matches the card they have chosen. They try to get 3 of their counters in a row to win the game.
