Addition strategy games to help consolidate the learning of addition facts to 20 have been bundled together to make this huge pack of 46 games. These following addition packs have been included:

Addition Facts – Games and Strategy Posters

Addition strategy games and posters to reinforce simple addition strategies to 20 - just print and play (no prep involved). This pack of addition strategy posters and 6 games includes:

1. Count on Me ( 2 - 4 players)

- count on 1, 2 or 3 addition facts plus a poster explaining the strategy

2. Searching for Tens Frames ( 2 - 4 players)

- making ten plus a poster.

3. Double Up ( 2 - 4 players)

- doubles facts plus and an individual poster for each doubles equation.

4. Buggo ( 2 - 4 players)

- doubles + 1 and a poster

5. An Appetite for Aphids ( 2 - 4 players)

- their doubles + 2 facts and two posters - one for each strategy

6. Zany Zoo ( 2 - 4 players)

- adding 9 and two adding 9 posters - one for each strategy

Addition Strategy Games – Bump Games

Consolidate the addition facts with this set of 10 bump games. These ‘ready to go’ addition games only need a dice and counters. Each addition strategy has its own bump game. Rules can be found at the bottom of each game. Needing to save on ink – black and white copies are included.

Addition Strategies – Homework Games

These 10 addition strategy games have been designed to be used for reviewing addition strategies. Each game has a fold down section which illustrates the addition strategy that should be used when answering the equations. This can be opened if the child is unsure of the answer. If you are using the games for homework, parents can also use this section to read about the strategy. A recording sheet which requires that the child writes up to twenty of their facts is included.

Addition to 20 can be consolidated with this set of 10 single page addition games. These ‘ready to go’ addition games only need a die and counters. They are perfect to print, laminate and put in your math center. The last four games have been designed to be used in pairs or as an interactive worksheet. They can also be sent home for homework. Use the recording sheet and have your children record the equations they have made.
