This is great way to practice mental math addition problems as a class. Pass out a card to each student. The student with the star goes first. They read their card (i.e. - "I have 10, who has 4+1"). The person who has "5" would then read their card (i.e. - "I have 5, who has 3+6"). And so on, until it goes all the way around the room and ends up at the person with the star on their card. In order to motivate the students I keep track of time. I write it on the board and every time we play "I have who has" we try to beat our previous time. The students LOVE IT!
