Making Tens Addition Bowling Game
This game is a great way to practice the skill of making tens. Knowing which number combines with another number to make ten is an important skill to learn for quick computation and mental math.
Students take turns rolling dice and “make tens” with the number the roll. They record their score. At the end they add up the scores. The player with the highest score at the end wins.
My students love the challenge and the fun that this game brings to math class!
