These math centers are a fun way to practice addition number sentences. They are Easter themed and will be great review for independent addition practice (sums to 10). They can be laminated and used again and again!
Included are 3 different types of centers:
Dice addition game- Students roll 2 dice. They place Easter eggs in each basket to match the corresponding number on the dice. If this is laminated, students can use a dry erase pen to record their number sentence. Otherwise, they can record their number sentences on the recording sheet provided.
Egg Sorting- Each sorting mat shows a number in 2 different baskets. Eggs each have a different number sentences that equals one of the sums shown in the basket. Students will sort the egg number sentences. Students can record number sentences on the recording sheet.
Number Puzzles- Each puzzle can be cut and laminated. The middle piece has a bunny with a sum. Each side to the 3 piece puzzle shows different number sentences that equal the sum. This will be a good introduction to fact families.
