Students will need to use a variety of strategies during their academic careers. This is so true in math.

Addition and subtraction are the foundation for multiplication and division. Students NEED to learn strategies in the basic stages of elementary school to be able to succeed later on.

This set is NO PREP. It comes with 15 days (the first one is a pre assessment), of lessons that address vocabulary, questioning, word problems, team/independent practice, and closure. Not only that, these lessons come with world problems that use different strategies. There are also whole class activities, tasks, scoot games, and interactive notebook pieces. Oh, and did I mention there are 3 assessments?
