Cards are designed to enhance student learning of addition and subtraction math facts 1 through 5. For best results, copy onto card stock or firm paper. Cut individual cards along the dotted lines. Card sets allow for differentiation. Students may try to match answers with equations by looking at cards, or cards may be turned over for a “memory” challenge. If desired, print equations and answers on two different colors of paper. Students will then know they are choosing one equation and one answer with each turn. Students who have mastered facts may mix and match equations from each level. Students working at a higher or lower level may only work with one number set at a time.
