Have fun with these PRINT and CUT addition and subtraction skills worksheets. Each page has the same worksheet twice to save on paper, so just select the sheet you want, print it and then cut the paper in half.
Differentiate within your class for students’ ability levels with the different worksheet choices. Students can work with numbers to 10, 15, 20, 30 or 50, and there are three worksheet options for each highest number.
There are lots of ways to use these sheets: use a calculator to complete the equations; use them as a whole class warm-up (either mental math or with manipulatives); early finishers practice; model the equations on iPads; use as a pre- or post-test when teaching addition or subtraction; complete in pairs to encourage students to check their answers; or simply use them as mental math activities.
