Are you trying to find fun games or math centers for your students to play that helps them learn how to problem solve? Well, this game is for you. This game was designed to help reinforce problem solving skills using addition, subtraction, more than two addends, and using addition and subtraction in a story problem. Students will read a story problem and use a manipulative to solve. There are frog pieces at the end to use if you do not have frog counters, and a log to use as a work mat. A white board or piece of paper can be used by students to write the addition sentences. If the work mat is not laminated, then your students can use a white board marker and eraser to write the addition sentence on the work mark. I hope you and your students enjoy this game as much as mine have!
