This document contains the instructions for a Math hockey game. Students will learn about prime numbers, composite numbers, addition, subtraction, multiplication, product, sum, difference, multiples of 10, even numbers, odd numbers, prime numbers, etc. The game to be alternated to fit any grade below high school, and one can also change the rules to speed up and slow the scoring. For example, to score, the answer (sum, product, or difference) needs to be a prime number two times in a row in the offensive zone. If your students love hockey, this is the ultimate way to engage them in a Math lesson. The hockey rink board must be made by yourself (I made mine on card stock and laminated it).
