Description

This kit has everything you need to help your students master finding the measures of unknown angles using what they know about the adjacent angles. This includes supplementary and complementary angles.

Imagine a classroom where the learning is owned by the students, data from purposeful assessment drives the instruction, and activities are meaningful and fun! This is the classroom every teacher wants, but let’s face it- who has the time to gather the materials, create the activities, differentiate the instruction, and TEACH?

Recognize angle measure as additive. When an angle is decomposed into non-overlapping parts, the angle measure of the whole is the sum of the angle measures of the parts. Solve addition and subtraction problems to find unknown angles on a diagram in real world and mathematical problems, e.g., by using an equation with a symbol for the unknown angle measure.
