These cute and colorful poke cards are a great way for your children to practice identifying adjectives in sentences. They are wonderful to put in a learning center because the children can work INDEPENDENTLY and then self-check their answer right on the spot to see if they’re correct!
Have the child read the sentence on the card, “poke the dot” below the word that is an adjective with a straw, pipe cleaner, or pencil and then flip the card over. If their object is going through the hole that has a circle around it, they are correct!
This resource includes 36 adjective poke cards and four “Poke-A-Dot” labels to attach to an envelope or Ziploc bag for storage.
I hope you and your class enjoy these adjective poke cards!
