Looking for a fun way to teach your students about adjectives? This Adjective Menu activity is the perfect activity to engage your students in adjective work without them knowing they are learning! Students will work to create their own restaurant menu and will decide:

  • What type of food/cuisine their restaurant is
  • The type of restaurant their menu will reflect (Diner, Cafe, Food Truck, Fast Food)
  • What foods their menu will include
  • Different categories of food their menu will include (Appetizers, Breakfast-Only, Entrees, Drinks)
  • Their restaurant audience

Students must create adjective-filled descriptions for each menu item - don't worry, a list of food adjectives is included in their planning sheets!

A math extension activity is also included in this product so students can put their menu to work!
