Take your students outside for this scavenger hunt!
I like to take my students outside and have them find items that can be described with the adjectives on the sheet.
When they find an item, they check it off the list and write what the item was.
For example, if they find a dried up leaf, they could check off "crunchy" and write the word "leaf" on the line next to the word.
Sometimes, I hand my students bags and allow them to collect items and bring them back into the classroom. They enjoy showing off what they found and discussing it in a group.
Leave feedback and let me know what you think.
