This is a PowerPoint that is printed out. The first page creates a pocket portfolio. There will be two pockets, one for adjectives and one for nouns. The second and third pages of the PowerPoint should be cut into cards to be sorted by students. This can be done as an independent activity or put in centers. Students need to be able to read the words on the cards to determine whether to sort into the adjective or noun pocket. In the sample pictures you can see that the pictures were printed in grayscale so I could copy them easily on a copy machine and I printed color copies of the portfolio for students to make.
