This is a four day lesson plan for adjectives (the fifth day I left blank so you can administer a test), targeted for second graders, but also appropriate for 1st - 4th, depending on ability.
The first page has directions and Common Core Standards (Florida) the lesson addresses.
Page 2 is an interactive overview of adjectives for you to use to teach and review. I have made a section for each day, so you don't have to repeat the examples. Have the student read each sentence and go to the SMARTBoard to click on the word they think is the adjective. If they tap the correct word, it changes color! There is also places for the students to fill in the blanks with an appropriate adjective to use higher order thinking.
Pages 3, 4, 5, and 6 are interactive daily "quizzes", where the students can come to the SMARTBoard and choose the answer they think is correct. It is set up with the question of "Which sentence has the adjective underlined?" and four choices for each question, the fnal choice being "none of the above." If they choose the right answer, a dancing ant shows!
