Do you find yourself having to frequently review basic Photoshop skills several times, even though you demonstrated them ? Have your second level students forgotten a lot over the summer and now need to create more complex, creative projects? I finally created some reference How To documents for my students to refer back to and it has helped tremendously. This second volume contains 18 pages with clear instructions and screen shots: how to use shapes as masks, masking with text, double-exposures and quick masks. These are not lessons, but reference sheets to remind students the steps to processes you have probably already taught. Now, when a student says they really want to use photos inside their text in their poster design, but have forgotten how to do it, for example, you can just remind them to refer to the handouts, either in a binder or online on your website.
