Students review Adolf Hitler by completing 20 tasks covering Hitler from 1921-1945. There are a mix of factual, analytical, and creative/opinion tasks for students to complete. There are 3 tasks where students look at Hitler and his actions from the point of view of a diehard supporter, an anti-Hitler individual, and a neutral/appeasement mindset. There is a short timeline with written and visual components, and sample questions from the other 16 tasks are listed below. An answer key is included where appropriate and this could work for a sub!
Sample questions include:
--What are 3 things Hitler discusses in Mein Kampf?
--Lebensraum was one of Hitler's goals. Explain what it was in your own words AND give an example of how he tried achieving it.
--Explain the purpose of the Knight of Long Knives.
--Which country did Hitler invade to essentially start WW2 in Europe, and WHY did he choose to invade that country?
