Play an adverbs game:
Not only does this game review verbs but it is fun too!
You can use the flashcards to play the adverb game.

Shuffle, say, 6 cards and either you or the students choose a verb. Then choose another student to pick an adverb of manner card and then he or she act out that verb depending on what the adverb is, e.g. wave happily.

Alternatively, students can play as group at their tables if they have finished their practice worksheets.

OR: You or a student act out a verb and the rest of the class have to guess what the adverb is, you can smile shyly or tiptoe slowly.

The students can write the adverb on their individual whiteboards.

These ready-made adverb cards are great as lesson starters or use them in the plenary to review how adverbs can be used.

Print room visuals and adverbs onto cardstock and laminate for a professional look.
