In this powerpoint presentation, students are presented with a review of the aggressive actions initiated by the Axis powers. At the end of each slide, students are presented with a series of choices regarding how America should respond. Students are asked to write down which course they would advise Roosevelt to take. After students write their response, a short summary of America's actual response is revealed. Items covered include: The Neutrality Acts, Cash and Carry, U.S. failure to accept the passengers of the St. Louis, Lend-Lease, The Atlantic Charter, and the embargo of supplies to the Japanese.
