This is a 2 page lesson plan and a 3 page handout for students (or you can print it and use it as your overhead). The handout is a student friendly version of the lesson plan. It includes the aim, the do-now, a little organizer and space for the do-now response, the key points from the mini-lesson (including definitions, etc), and even pivotal questions, and the summation.
This ia a great lesson plan for an advisory session with students regarding anger management. It has the students of thinking about the differences between what a person CAN do and what a person SHOULD do. It ultimately gives the students the ability to make successful choices in life.
Additionally, the lesson is COMMON CORE aligned.
I hope you thoroughly enjoy this lesson and the handouts (which I always use as overheads). Enjoy! And look for my other advisory lessons as well!
