Aesop's fables are a timeless collection of stories that your students will love. Help students master the skills of determining theme, making connections to the text, and responding with textual evidence. This packet contains 8 fables to read, followed by multiple choice and short response questions.

Each fable is produced on a ready-to-print and use, one page worksheet, followed by 2-3 questions. Each fable is short and manageable, and can be read and understood relatively quickly.
