View a three minute time-lapse of an artwork being created with the aestheometry technique.
This video supplements the in-depth instructions provided in my Aestheometry Resource. The download includes a series of worksheets to expose math and art students to the sequence used to create and endless variety of designs. Also included are lesson plans to draw the basic template on which students construct various Aestheometry structure spines to make their own custom designs.
Be sure to look for additional videos using this same technique.
You can also check out my Aestheometry workbook in print form on Amazon.
Materials: Felt pen on white paper, pencil, and a ruler. I like to use a hard lead pencil (9H) to draw the original structure.
