This is a cute and short story that introduces younger students to the concept of affirmations and positive thoughts. It explains the basics: we can choose our thoughts, thoughts influence how we feel. The book has a list of 12 affirmations with a page to write your own. It also has a goal chart to help children make an affirmation commitment. I have found this to be a great introduction story to start daily affirmations.
