Students will be asked to complete four tasks addressing the following environmental issues in Africa: poor soil, water scarcity, water pollution, and desertification. Students will be required to watch videos of children's books being read aloud for one of the tasks; therefore, it is important students have access to computers or you may do this as a whole class assignment. This is a great review activity. It is also best used in gifted classes.
