This product was created to provide a way to:
1) have students reflect on an activity that they just completed,
2) receive feedback about an activity with respect to whether it was valuable and/or enjoyable,
3) assess how much the student learned from the activity, and
4) reinforce that the activity was not just for fun but was done for learning purposes.
The reflection has 7 questions on a one-page document.
Even though the document is designed for math, it can easily be altered to be suitable for another subject area.
I am going to use the reflection, not only for the reasons above, but to help me know which math centers are "keepers" for next year and which ones might not be "keepers".
An additional page was added as an alternative to the 7-question document. This page has questions about 2 activities. If this page is copied back-to-back, it can be used for 4 centers. The students reflect on the activities and provide evidence that learning occurred.
