Online shopping is not providing the same level of interest and benefits that had been claimed by many of the proponents. For the year of 2016, more than 15.4 million customers that been recognized to be victims of the theft or the fraudulent behaviors, throughout the online shopping process. For instance, the total amount that had been recognized to be stolen by the online fraudulent actors had been recognized to be more than US$16 billion, which had been recognized to be more than the amount that had been stolen within the year of 2015 by US$1 billion (Grant, 2017). Can the online shopping replace the traditional approaches for shopping?
