Whether you call it aleph bet, alef bet, or aleph beis, students learn rapidly with this activity. It's engaging, it's effective, and fun!!

Students will have so much fun as they identify Hebrew letters while playing Hebrew Alphabet Memory Game. Educational research in the area of brain-based learning shows that engaging games promote rapid learning and better memory retention, meaning that students learn the curriculum faster and better, without as much reteaching.

Cards include all letters in the Hebrew alphabet. Each card is outlined and has a cute clip art image with it, specifically to help teachers keep track of sets, and to help color-blind players be able to distinguish between cards. Cards are also on a tinted background to help dyslexic students and others with light glare issues. Cards come in color or black and white.

I designed the game to be used by foreign language teachers, Hebrew Day School teachers, Hebrew School teachers, pre-K teachers, and those who home school.

Skills: alef beis, alef bais, kriya, kriyah, Hebrew reading
