Page 2-6 Cause and Effect Reading Cards
The Cause Cards have an object from the story in the corner.
The Effect Cards have a sad Alexander in the corner.
I find it makes it so much easier for kids to have the little clues in the corners of the picture cards for cause and effect. It removes an extra level of difficulty for them and also teaches them to use the illustrations for clues when reading!!!
