Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day SEL Lesson

Guide your class through a reading/writing exercise that incorporates standards, social emotional discussions and some yoga exercises. Students will focus on sequencing events, discussing how to re-frame negative thoughts, and creating a new story after they have "flipped the script" from the book.
