Each of the 27 letters of the Spanish alphabet (the English alphabet plus "ñ")has its own illustrated card with the capital and lower case letters shown in extra large font. Each card also includes a Spanish word beginning with the appropriate letter and an illustration depicting the word. The vowels are in red to facilitate vowel recognition for the youngest language learners. All letters are in the Comic Sans font, which I find easier for preschool and kindergarten students to read.
This set is designed to be displayed on a wall and seen from across a classroom. Each letter will print on a separate sheet of paper and should have 2" cut from the right side of the card for a final dimension of 6 1/2" wide by 11" tall. With 1" of space between each letter card, a total length of 16' 9 1/2" is needed to display the entire alphabet in one row. Removing space between each letter will result in about 2' less length needed to display.
My students refer to this alphabet regularly when we play hangman in Spanish, which they love!
