Description

Algebra 1 Performance Task - Running a Race Project - Common Core

Students complete a situational set of problems that starts with a graph of a runner completing a 10K race. Most questions relate to rate of change (slope) and the meaning of intercepts. Questions are answered based on the graph.

I use this for Chapter 3 in Algebra 1.
The goal is to prepare students for performance tasks and the type of questions found on common core standardized assessments like the PARCC/Smart Balanced/AIR/STAAR

Format: you receive the files as DOCX and PDF

I will be creating similar products for each chapter and all will be included in my algebra bundle. If you want to save money and purchase the bundle, you will be able to receive all the new products as they are created. You will also get all my common core practice tests, midterms, and exams.

OR YOU COULD SAVE MONEY AND BUY ALL OF MY ALGEBRA RESOURCES IN A BUNDLE
