I have the assignment set to give each student their grade at the end. Then, if necessary, I have them complete THIS form to make corrections and learn from their mistakes.
PLEASE NOTE: Unlike most of my Google Form assignments, I do NOT have a worksheet including all the questions on the Google Form due to the size of the exam. Is this something you would like? Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a link & directions to a copy of the google form. Once copied, it is yours to edit. The entire form is editable with the exception of images I have uploaded. You are always free to delete/ add/ change anything on the form!
Please note: There is not an option to save and complete at a later date. I highly recommend that you ensure students have enough time to complete this assignment in one sitting. Another option is to duplicate the assignment and delete half from each version so they may complete the assignment in more manageable chunks.
