Description

This is a set of Connect Four (or Bingo) cards and game boards.

There are 16 total proportions for students to solve. The answers to each card are on the backs when printed with the short side as the flipping side.

There are 6 different game boards. This game is meant for no more than 6 in a group so there would not need to be more boards with mixed values. Every value listed on a card is somewhere on the game board.

How to use this in a lesson:

This could be an activity that the entire class works on in small groups or it could be a math center or station for review.

Students should take turns drawing a card from the deck and having the entire group solve the proportion on a white board or paper. Once the group agrees on the answer, the student can flip over the card and check for accuracy. Students should mark off the result on their game board and go onto the next.

I laminate my game boards so students can use dry erase markers on it!
