This foldable walks students through the process of the following transformations:
Each graph starts with the parent graph of y = x^2, and then walks students through positive, negative, integer, and fraction a values all with different vertices. Students acknowledge the vertex of each function and what the transformation from the parent function was.
The attached answer key is color coded, which is how I suggest this foldable is completed when taught!
The extra bonus practice pages are similar to the graphing page plus a page of just writing equations in vertex form.
