1 sheet per week is all you need! Each homework sheet contains a week’s worth of problems (one column for each night, Monday through Thursday). Each column contains problems focusing on review and new skills/concepts. The number of problems per night can range anywhere from 8 to 10 problems. Problem types range from basic computation to problem solving and modeling. On the back of each homework sheet there is a space for students to show their work for each night. There is also a place for students to monitor their progress as the homework sheets are checked over in class.

The BEST part about this product is that it is 100% EDITABLE!!! This means that you can go into any problem and remove/change it. This key feature is critical because it gives you the control over what your students get for homework each week. If something doesn't align the way you would like it to, just copy/paste from a different week’s homework sheet, or create your own problem (Microsoft Word).

This spiral model for homework has been most beneficial for my students because it allows them to continue to review previously taught concepts while also practicing new ones. Every year, my parents absolutely love it as well! These homework sheets are easy for students to follow, and make homework more predictable. No longer will you have the problem of students forgetting which page number to complete in a workbook. This product can 100% replace any homework system previously used. (Can be used for Morning/Bell Work, or Math Centers)

Using this resource with Spiral Math Assessments
I highly recommend using this spiral math homework with my spiral weekly math assessments. They are both directly aligned with each other and work together to help reinforce and assess math concepts all year. If your goal is to keep math standards fresh all year without having to spend a lot of time reteaching and reviewing, this system is for you.
