Product Description
At the end of each semester, I like to give my students a thorough review or study guide for the final exam. I have found that providing them with a packet of sample problems of every topic covered during the semester is very helpful.

This Study Guide is the first 9 pages with 81 questions; most of the questions have multiple parts. The Key is the remainder of the document, so in total, it's 32 pages long.

I post it online for my students to access approximately 2-3 weeks before the final exam. I don't photocopy it in an effort to cut down on making extra copies, as few students need the entire packet.

I did not require my students to do all of the problems in this review packet, as it's intended to help them study, and offering extra credit seems to warp their priorities (For instance, they'll focus only on the easy problems, yet they should be spending their time on the more challenging problems). I encouraged them to work on the problems on which they knew they needed the most help.

I don't require that it be submitted for "regular" credit either, as that forces every kid to do every problem, and that doesn't make sense for every kid: Consider a kid who already have a B: presumably, kids with a solid 85% only need to focus on 15% of the material, not 100% of the material. When I've assigned it as mandatory, only one or two kids actually completed it, and it was always the best two students in the class, who already had an A anyway! So I don't require it be done as regular or extra credit: when a student comes in for help, I know it's a sincere question and that the student is taking their studies seriously.
