These are worksheets to re mediate students on Linear Equations in an Algebra 2 class. Each worksheet level correlates with a different level of Bloom's Taxonomy.
Level 1 - Pre-requisites
Level 2- Core Concept being taught.
Level 3 - Extending core concept to applications and similar topics.
Level 4 - Analysis, Evaluation and synthesis involving core concept.
For each level, you get what would be a 2 page (one page two sided) worksheet with that level of question. There is also an optional third page which can be used to give students for examples. Answer keys are included.
In addition to the worksheet, for every level, there are "proof of concept" questions which can be given to the student after completing the worksheet to make sure they learned the objective.
These worksheets can be used as supplemental material, used to differentiate instruction or become a primary means of re-teaching students. Included at the end is my own method for giving formative assessments to students along with how I re-teach students using information for the formative assessments. If you choose to use similar methods as described it gives students infinite retry potential, differentiated instruction, reduces fear of failure, dynamic grading compared to static grading among other advantages. This has been especially successful for myself dealing with students with a history of failure in math.
