Factoring Binomials. the Sum and Difference Cubes, Task Cards Quiz, Organizer, HW, and notes.
This terrific activity is designed for Algebra 1 and 2. It is an important part of the unit on factoring. Since so many students have a difficult time remembering the rules for the sum and difference of two perfect cubes, extra practice is a great idea, and the task cards are fun for students, so much more than a worksheet.
Also included is a notes page with a method to remember the rule that is slightly different than the usual. My students think it's great! I hope yours do, too.
☑ Task Cards: There are 16 Task Cards, plus 2 blank cards for you to personalize.
☑ Student Notes and Example Sheet with four examples for students to follow.
☑ Master List of Questions which can also be used as an assessment or class worksheet.
☑ Student Response Sheet.
☑ Cubes Cheat Sheets for Students
☑ Answer Keys
☑ Additional Quiz or Worksheet with room for students to show work.
