Review different types of graphs with this reference booklet. Eight half-size pages cover the following types of graphs: linear, quadratic, exponential, absolute value, piecewise, inequalities, systems of linear equations, and advanced systems (nonlinear and inequalities)
Students identify the types of graphs by their graph shapes, equations, and tables of values. Practice word problems are included for each type of graph, requiring students to write the equation, draw the graph, identify domain and range, and answer questions. Then, students create their own example of each type. Important vocabulary terms are included as well.
I use this booklet to review at the end of Algebra I. It covers a variety of Common Core standards and is great for test prep.
The booklet can be printed as shown in the diagram below and stapled together. Also, the pages could be glued in an interactive notebook, or individual pages could be used as practice, homework, or study guides.
Answer keys are included.
