Looking for a quick and easy brain break that will help students practice their Algebra I skills at the same time? Check out this freebie that gets kids up and active, but engaged in the concepts from this year in Algebra I. The topics covered range from the beginning of the year to the end. There are 36 total cards, enough to make sure every student has a unique card to begin. Complete directions for how to play are included. Each card has a question on one side and the answer on the other. Students move around the room (or even better, step outside for this one, if you are able) partnering up with one person to quiz their card over, then they do the same with their partner's card. Once both have answered correctly, they trade, and the quiz, quiz, trade process starts all over again with another classmate.
If you download and use, I would really appreciate your feedback. Thank you so much for your time. I know that it is valuable.
