This is a set of 8 pages of 32 task cards.
FIRST FOUR PAGES:
The first 16 cards are meant to be looped. The game "Who has?" is played. A group of students will distribute the cards among each other and one student will start. They will read aloud "Who has..." and place the card on the table. Whoever as the card that matches the first student places their card to connect the arrows. This is done until all cards are used. 16 cards make one big loop.
SECOND FOUR PAGES:
These next pages are meant for students to create their own looping set of cards. Students will take one task card and place it next to another card, lining up the arrows. The student(s) will then write down their own version of what they believe is an appropriate sentence.
If cards are completed, and with a teacher guiding and checking along, they can be switched among other groups to play a new game!
