This activity is just a crutch for students who need structure when solving linear equations, for when they get past solving two-step linear equations and hit variables on both sides.
These have whole or integer solutions. They require re-writing in the correct sequence. One solution is done as an example. The first step in each problem is locating the line which contains the original equation that needs solving.
The questions are on the first two pages and the following two pages have the required sets of solutions.
