PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This project has 3 parts:
1. Question about taking a plane (fuel used, cost, revenue, profit)
2. Question about taking a car (fuel used, cost, cars required)
3. Thinking Questions (critical thinking, modeling with linear and quadratic functions)

I use this project in the unit on quadratics. This helps prepare students for extended questions and performance tasks found on standardized tests (PARCC, AIR, STAAR, Smart Balance)
