Description

*Includes both printable and digital GOOGLE Slides versions.

This algebra template covers graphing, tables, y-intercept, slope, zeros and writing equations. It's great to use for warm ups, as an exit ticket or a quick check for understanding in the middle of class.

*Now includes a link to a digital version in Google Slides that can be assigned for remote teaching and learning.

How I use quick check templates:

I shine either an equation, table or graph on the board and have students fill in the rest of the fields on their templates. This gives students the opportunity to work with functions in all their forms and convert from one form to the other.

*Now includes 2 full-page options-- with and without a field for you to type your own word problem.

Write a function that describes a relationship between two quantities.
Understand that the graph of an equation in two variables is the set of all its solutions plotted in the coordinate plane, often forming a curve (which could be a line).
Construct a function to model a linear relationship between two quantities. Determine the rate of change and initial value of the function from a description of a relationship or from two (𝘹, 𝘺) values, including reading these from a table or from a graph. Interpret the rate of change and initial value of a linear function in terms of the situation it models, and in terms of its graph or a table of values.
