New Algebra Sprint! 12 questions per side on factoring the difference of two perfect squares.
How to use a sprint in your classroom: Give students exactly 1 minute (or however long you want) to do the first side. The goal is to get as many correct in a row. If it was an honors class, I would give less time. I don't necessarily want them to finish the page.
Go over the front, answering any questions.
Give students exactly 1 minute (or however long you did on the front) to complete the back. Hopefully their scores improved!
The great thing about sprints is that it is repetitive practice that doesn't waste too much class time!
