Graphing linear equations using a T-chart
Graphing using x- and y-intercepts
Graphing using slope-intercept form
Arrange the room with desks in groups of 4 or 5 (3 if class size is smaller). Each group needs a whiteboard (or paper). Each question is asked to a specific group. If the group gets the question right, a member of the team gets to shoot the ball from one of three lines (1 pt, 3 pt, 5 pt - with each line further from the basket). If the student makes the basket the team scores that amount of points. If the team does not answer the question correct, the next group has the opportunity to steal.
I use an empty trash can for the basket and a big crumbled up paper for the ball. I use this as a review before the mid-chapter test. My students go crazy for trash-ketball!
