This coloring activity is a fun way for students to practice removing brackets from an expression by coloring in a picture by artist Keith Haring.
Students must remove the bracket from each expression and find their answer in one of the three answer boxes. They then find the question number on the coloring sheet and color the section in the color that corresponds to their answer.
Included in your purchase is a question sheet, answer sheet, coloring sheet plus a booklet version for students to stick in their notebooks.
Students can also mark their answers by comparing their coloring sheet to the original artwork. An engaging way for students to learn about algebra and art!
