This packet can be used as a back to school activity for your speech and language students. I like to use the first week of therapy for All About Me activities. This way, I get to know my students and their interests. I then can use this information during therapy throughout the school year when thinking of activities, conversation topics, etc. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) can also create her own. This way, your students can get to know you as well!
Included in this packet:
1. Name and age. Draw a picture of you!
2. Draw or write about your family and pets
3. My favorites
4. "When I grow up I want to be..." and "One thing I'm good at is..."
5. "This year in Speech I am working on...."
6. "One thing I would like you to know about me is..."
Directions: Print out pages 3-9. If you choose, print page 3 on a colorful piece of paper for the cover. Cut out the speech bubbles and staple twice at the top to make a book. Have fun drawing and writing in the information as you and your students get to know more about each other! On the page about "Favorites" it asks "Favorite Character". This can include characters, superheroes, athletes, actors, musicians, or whatever you feel is appropriate.
